REENACTOR INFORMATION

CIVIL WAR RANCH is located at 11838 Civil War Road, Carthage, MO  64836. You can visit their website here: Civil War Ranch

You MUST check-in at the Registration Area before heading to the camps.  You are required to sign the waiver form. Online Registration is Requested. You may register online through June 1st. Online registration will close at Midnight on June 1st. If you miss the online registration deadline, you will need to register at check-in and will be assessed a $5.00 Late Registration Fee. Please pay this fee in CASH at time of check-in. 

Check-In will open at 9:00 AM on Friday, June 14th, and will end at 12:00 PM (Noon) on Saturday. No Check-Ins will be allowed after 12:00 PM on Saturday.

NO VEHICLES WILL BE ALLOWED IN OR OUT OF THE CAMPS AFTER 9:00 AM ON SATURDAY MORNING.

ATTENTION CAVALRY!

If you are bringing horses, you MUST have your Coggins papers. If you are from out-of-state, you will need to have health records for your horse as well. These health records will be checked as you check-in at the Registration Area.

Amenities for Reenactors

The Following Amenities will be provided for reenactors:

***Please take care of your campsites, remove all trash to the dumpster, return the firewood to the firewood stack, and fill in any holes that were dug for your campfires. The property owners were kind enough to let us use the property so please leave the area the way you found it out of courtesy for the property owners.  Your cooperation is appreciated.
