Unit Commander Registration
Online Registration is REQUESTED. When you register online, it helps us get a better idea of the number of people we will be hosting and helps us plan for the needs of the reenactors. Online Registration will be available through Midnight June 1st, and will close at that time. If you miss Online Registration, you may register at Check-In, however, a $5.00 Late Registration Fee will apply. We request that this fee be paid in CASH at Check-In. We are excited to be able to host this event and hope you enjoy partcipating.

Unit Commanders should complete this Form. We would like to know how many people you plan on bringing along with the number of horses, artillery and general information about the Unit. If you, as the Commander, completes this registration you will not need to complete the Individual Registration Form.
Please complete this form to let us know how many participants from your unit to expect. If you are bringing artillery, be sure to let us know the type and number of cannons you will be bringing. We are providing a $120 Powder Bounty to the first 20 Cannons and this will help us be aware of the number and order of cannons registered.
All participants, by registering, acknowledge that any sponsoring host, property owner, or organization connected thereof will not be liable or responsible for loss, damage, injury, death, or property damage during this event.
Upon arrival, you must go to the Registration Area to check -in and you must sign the Battle of Carthage Waiver form to participate. This is not an MCWRA-sanctioned event, so you need not be a member of MCWRA.
Please Note: Registration is open online through Midnight on June1st. After registration closes, you may register at check-in, but a Late Registration Fee of $5.00 applies. We ask that you pay the Late Registration Fee at Check-In. Cash Only.
